Giulio Andreotti

Giulio Andreotti is Co-Founder & Partner of Mizzau & Partners and a lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial law, governance and complex national and international transactions.

He advises companies, corporate groups and private and public institutions on corporate governance, contractual and organisational structures, strategic transactions, corporate reorganisations and extraordinary operations, supporting businesses through growth, transformation and increasingly complex operating environments.

His professional experience spans a broad range of sectors, including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, defence and aerospace, energy, insurance, construction, food and cybersecurity. His work combines legal analysis with an understanding of the strategic and organisational implications of corporate decisions.

Alongside his professional practice, Andreotti has developed an academic career in private law. He is a researcher in Private Law at the University of Naples Parthenope, has obtained the Italian National Scientific Qualification for Associate Professor, and is the author of scientific publications. His academic activity includes research, teaching and participation in conferences on private law, digital technologies, information technology law and cybersecurity.

Within Mizzau & Partners, he contributes legal and governance expertise to multidisciplinary advisory engagements, particularly where strategic decisions intersect with corporate structures, contractual frameworks, governance and extraordinary transactions.

His work with Blacktrace brings this perspective to complex strategic contexts in which governance, legal architecture and transaction structure are integral to long-term value creation.
